RV Park Maintenance

Our maintenance team ensures our rv resort is safe, functional, and visually appealing. Duties include groundskeeping, fixing utility hookups, basic pool care, responding to guest requests, and basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. This hands-on, physical role requires working outdoors.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping: Maintain landscaping, mow lawns, trim palm trees as needed, and remove debris or trash from campsites and common areas.
• Facility Upkeep: Clean and service restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and recreational amenities.
• Utility Maintenance: Monitor and repair water, sewer, and electrical hookups. 
• Guest Assistance: Promptly respond to maintenance requests from guests 
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine property inspections, ensure park equipment is serviced on schedule, (like mowers and golf carts), and perform basic carpentry and painting.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce park safety rules, clear hazards, and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and visitors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience:  1-2 years of general maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic, non-licensed knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Familiarity with small engines and basic pool maintenance is a major plus.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and walk or stand for extended periods.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
